Meet Mario, Our Easter Miracle Kitty! AFL rescued this sweet boy from about 80 feet (yes, 80!) up in a tree on Easter, where he had spent five days after being left behind when his owners moved away and left him. Mario was named after the very determined tree expert who climbed up to save him, a grueling two-hour operation. Mario (now a strictly indoor cat!) has an approximate birthdate of 5/15/11. He has black fur like velvet and an adorable little white tuft of fur on his chest. He is laid back and affectionate all at once. Bring out a toy and he is all yours! He also gets along with other kitties. He is up to date on vet care and shots, and is very healthy. This little guy has had a rough start, and he is more than ready to find his forever home and be the companion he was meant to be. Can you give him the love he's been waiting for?
